How it works?

The Soprano Titanium Laser hair removal method is unlike any other laser hair removal treatment. Featuring its exclusive 3D technology, Soprano Titanium combines the three most effective laser wavelengths into a single applicator, simultaneously targeting different tissue depths and anatomical structures within the hair follicle.

·The Alexandrite 755nm – This wavelength is used to target an extensive range of hair colours and types, including thin hair and hair that is light in colour, and can even address embedded hair.

·The SPEED 810nm– This wavelength is used for darker skin types, and targets the deep hair follicle. It has a moderate tissue penetration depth to treat areas like the arms, legs, cheeks, and chin.

·YAG 1064– The YAG 1064 is the most penetrative wavelength, and is ideal for treating embedded hairs, like those that can occur in the armpits and pubic area, and targets the deepest parts of the follicle for the most effective laser hair removal treatment possible.

By combining the absorption and penetration levels of different wavelengths, along with extended treatment coverage, increased comfort and low maintenance requirements, Soprano Titanium is the safest and most efficient hair removal treatment available today.

How many sessions will I need?

We usually advise that 8 to 12 treatment sessions are needed to provide a permanent reduction of hair growth. This is because at any given time some of the follicles in the treatment area won’t be in the growth phase. We spread our treatments out to make sure that hair that it’s treated in one session is affected in the next. Facial hair tends to be more stubborn and may need ten to twelve treatment sessions or occasionally more in very resistant cases. The gap between sessions is usually 3 to 4 weeks for facial areas and 4 to 6 weeks for body areas. The number of hair removal sessions depends on various factors, including where the hair is, how thick it is and also your particular skin type and hair colour. For the best results we recommend that you complete the full course of treatment sessions.

What results can I expect with Soprano Titanium Laser Hair Removal?

The result: A 50% to 80% (or better) reduction in unwanted hair. Hair is natural to your body and it grows in stages. At any given time, not all hairs are growing and
lasers are most effective at targeting the growing hairs. In practice, no laser destroys all of the hair follicles. Some follicles are destroyed, while others are
reduced to fine hairs or shocked into prolonged dormancy. Multiple treatments provide the best results.

How do I prepare my skin for the treatment?

The area to be treated must be shaved prior to coming to the Clinic, between 12–24 hours before the treatment. The skin must be clean from creams, perfume and false tanning products. Avoid tanning or prolonged UV exposure on the area to be treated for at least 4 weeks prior to treatment (includes sunbeds).

Things We Need To Know:
        •  Recently diagnosed? New pregnancy? New medications? We kindly request that you inform us about these changes, as certain medical conditions and           medications may not be compatible with laser treatments. Your well-being is our foremost concern, and in some cases, rescheduling your appointment might be necessary to ensure your safety and health.

For the first 24 hours: Avoid wearing makeup, lotions, moisturizers, and deodorant. Keep the area clean & dry.
For the next 48 hours: No hot showers (only lukewarm or cold), no sweating/gym, no swimming for 48hrs after your laser treatment. Avoid the sun and use a sunscreen with minimum SPF 30+.
First 3 days: Avoid any exfoliation. After 3 days, you can begin to exfoliate treated areas.
First 4 days: Do not shave for at least 4 days after the treatment. You can shave as often as you need to in between treatments. Please do not shave unless needed. Avoid irritating lotions containing AHAs or BHAs such as glycolic, lactic, or salicylic acids.
For the next week: Avoid retinoids if treating the face. You must use a SPF30+ spf on the treated areas for after treatment to protect the skin as it will be more sensitive to the sun damage if directly exposed to the sun’s rays.
Avoid waxing after having soprano laser hair removal. This is quite important to ensure continuity of the treatment. If you have waxed, the next treatment will have to be postponed for 4 weeks after waxing. Your hair can take up to 2 weeks to fall out. It may fall out as late as the 14th day after treatment. If some hair doesn’t fall out within 14 days, please don’t be alarmed. You may shave that area and inform your laser technician about it on your next visit.
