This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains the permitted and prohibited use of materials appearing on the I Care Beauty Clinic website and related digital platforms.

3. Copyright
Original literary, artistic, dramatic, and other copyright-protected works belonging to I Care Beauty Clinic are protected under applicable copyright laws.

The use of identifiable patient images is also subject to applicable privacy requirements and the scope of the patient’s consent.
Patient consent to the clinic’s use of an image does not give third parties permission to reproduce, modify, redistribute, advertise with, or otherwise use that image.
Unless authorized in writing, third parties may not:
- Copy clinical photographs.
- Download clinical photographs for commercial use.
- Repost photographs as their own work.
- Remove watermarks or clinic identification.
- Modify images in a misleading manner.
- Use photographs in advertisements or social-media campaigns.
- Use photographs to suggest affiliation with I Care Beauty Clinic.
Copyright ownership, patient privacy rights, and patient consent are separate legal considerations and should be managed accordingly.
9. Third-Party Photographs, Graphics, Software, and Other Content
Certain materials appearing on the I Care Beauty Clinic website may be owned by third parties and used under licence, permission, subscription, applicable terms of use, or another lawful basis.

Individual prices, treatment names, factual information, and general ideas may not themselves be protected by copyright simply because they appear on the I Care Beauty Clinic website.
However, the clinic’s original:

- Service-menu layouts
- Graphic presentations
- Promotional packages
- Written explanations
- Original compilations
- Advertising designs
may receive protection where the legal requirements for protection are met.
No person may reproduce substantial protected portions of those materials except as authorized or permitted by law.
