PROMOTIONS, PACKAGES, MEMBERSHIPS & GIFT CARD POLICY

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the terms governing promotional offers, treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, and special pricing offered by I Care Beauty Clinic.

2. Promotions

From time to time, the clinic may offer promotional pricing on selected consultations, treatments, products, or services.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are available only during the advertised promotional period.
  • Promotions may not be combined with other offers.
  • Promotions have no cash value.
  • Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
  • Promotions may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

3. Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are designed to provide a series of treatments as part of a recommended treatment plan.

Package terms include:

  • Packages are intended for the original purchaser unless the clinic authorizes otherwise in writing.
  • Package pricing applies only to the services included in the package.
  • Expiration dates, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Unused sessions generally have no cash value unless required by law.

4. Memberships

Memberships may include recurring benefits, discounts, or services as described at the time of enrollment.

Membership terms may include:

  • Membership benefits are personal to the member.
  • Benefits cannot be transferred unless specifically authorized by the clinic.
  • Membership pricing and benefits may be updated with reasonable notice.
  • Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of enrollment.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by I Care Beauty Clinic:

  • May be redeemed toward eligible products or services.
  • Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
  • Should be treated like cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable unless determined by the clinic.
  • Expiry dates, if any, will comply with applicable laws.

6. Promotional Products

Free promotional products or complimentary services included with promotions are offered at the clinic’s discretion and may be substituted or withdrawn if unavailable.

7. Pricing Errors

If a pricing error occurs on our website or promotional materials, I Care Beauty Clinic reserves the right to correct the error before completing the transaction.

Patients will be informed before any purchase proceeds.

8. Availability

All promotions, memberships, packages, products, and services are subject to availability.

Certain offers may have limited quantities or appointment availability.

9. Refunds

Refunds relating to promotions, packages, memberships, and gift cards are governed by our Payment, Refund & Financial Responsibility Policy.
